What the house is
A terraced house on two floors in a quiet residential street in Guardamar del Segura, roughly a hundred metres from Platja La Roqueta. It has its own entrance down a private path, so you come and go without passing anyone else's door.
It is a house to live in for a week or two, not a hotel room. There is a full kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, a dining table that seats six, and enough beds that two families do not have to negotiate.

How far is the beach?
About 100 metres to Platja La Roqueta, a golden-sand beach with swimming, water sports and places to eat. Platja Centre is 200 metres away, Playa El Moncayo 750 metres.
How many people can stay?
Eight, in four bedrooms: two doubles, one room with two single beds and one with a bunk bed.
Is there a swimming pool?
No. The house has no pool — the beach is about a hundred metres away, and the patio has an outdoor shower.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes, both. There is air conditioning for the summer and heating as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room for the cooler months.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the house is not permitted either. Both rules exist so that the next guests find the house as you did.
How far is the airport?
Alicante–Elche airport is about 24 kilometres away, roughly half an hour by car. Región de Murcia International is 52 kilometres.
